Alok completed his graduation in Hindi from IGNOU. Since past year he is also the Asst. Principal and in charge of the school’s day to day administration. Alok teaches Maths, Science, English and Moral Science specially to students of standard VI and VII here in RGS Gurukulam. His favorite subject is Science. He also teaches sports and yoga and takes many extra activities sessions like singing, dancing for the children. Jugnu Rani completed her graduation, ECO(Hons) from S.K.M.U, Dumka. She recently completed her B.Ed from the same university. Jugnu’s has a passion to teach students who are weak in their studies. She believes that teaching is all about cooperation where both teachers and students can develop their individual skills. He hobbies include teaching, dancing and travelling. The kids of RGS Gurukulam also love to attend her classes.    

Upen Chandra Mandal, 33 yrs old completed his Post Graduation from S.K.M University Dumka in the year 2013. He is an Assistant Teacher in RGS Gurukulam. He feels a dire passion to teach and weak and needy students to enable them from a prosperous future. His favourite subjects are Hindi, Social Studies and Computer Science. Upen is very happy and proud to provide his services to the school. He feels like the school is his second home  and the students are just like his brothers and sisters. He also loves playing cricket in his leisure time.

Sandip Rooj, 22 yrs old, completed his graduation from S.K.M University, Dumka in the year 2017. He is currently working as a Assistant Teacher in RGS Gurukulam. His ambition is to become a teacher. Being a good teacher he wants to teach those students who are actually needy and weak to help them prosper in life. He loves to help the students as far as possible.
